Once your order has been processed you well receive a confirmation email from us to let you know your order has been received. Once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a further email from US and also a text message from the courier with tracking details and an estimated arrival time.

They well provide an allowed slot time on the day of delivery. If you are unavailable at this time you will have an option to change this.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days after the order is processed through the system. Express shipments will be processed immediately. Please note some shipping methods will be delayed during public holidays or big events such as Black Friday and Christmas.
